Old Man Bay #2

Paradise awaits you in the idyllic lush tropical oasis of Old Man Bay, a quaint little cluster of homes and a church on the north side of the island. This idyllic setting, with no crowds and no noise, allows for an authentic island experience and what you’ve come to Cayman for: pPeace, quiet and tranquility.
The 2 side-by-side 1-bedroom villas are identical in layout. The main floor has a living room with queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with dDishwasher, a powder room and washer & dryer. The spacious bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a full ensuite with a large shower.

There is a fully screened-in porch with dining area and large seating area. The villa comes with high speed internet and air conditioning. There is also a large, private patio around the back with a BBQ and picnic table. For a complete list of what else is included, please click on the “Amenities” tab.

One of the best features is our secluded beach, which is just across the street, and down a short path. You are most likely to find it deserted. We have beach chairs and a cooler to bring your cold drinks with you. Here, the coastline has not changed for centuries. We do recommend beach shoes as there are rocks, coral and seaweed where you enter the water in most places.

10 minutes down the road is the famous Rum Point Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. It’s also the base of Stingray City – an absolute “must-do” on the island. Also close by are Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens and the Crystal Caves. Many great restaurants are just a short drive away. You will need a car, but we have a discount with the largest car rental agency on the island, Andy’s. You will get the discount code with your confirmation.

Old Man Bay #1

Your own secluded tropical paradise awaits you at Old Man Bay. Hidden behind lush greenery, and a fully enclosed, private fenced patio, Old Man Bay Villa #1 offers an exclusive oasis to enjoy an undisturbed vacation. The vegetation, which surrounds the patio, ensures that your stay remains truly private and peaceful.

The master bedroom takes the entire 2nd floor of the villa and the ensuite bathroom has a large step-in shower. Downstairs, you will find the living room with a queen-sized sofa-bed, wall mounted TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your food and you’re good to go! There is also a powder room on the ground floor and laundry machines. The patio has a table with 4 chairs and separate seating area and is fully enclosed with screening so you don’t have to worry about bugs. There is also a barbeque for your exclusive use. We do have high speed Wifi; you’ll find a complete set of amenities on a separate tab.

One of the best features is our secluded beach, which is just across the street, and down a short path. Most likely, you will be the only one there. The perfect spot if you don’t like tan lines! Here, the coastline has not changed for centuries. The entry to the ocean is rocky, so beach shoes are recommended, however, there is great swimming and snorkelling too. Take our beach chairs with you when you go, just remember to take them back with you!

We are a 10 minute drive from Rum Point Beach, unquestionably one of the nicest beaches on the island. Also close by are Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, the Crystal Caves, and Stingray City. There are many great restaurants a short drive away.

You may have noticed Old Man Bay #2. We do have 2 identical side-by-side villas. This is perfect if you have 2 families travelling together. The only difference between the villas (other than slightly different decor) is that Villa #1 has the large, fenced in patio for privacy and is ideal if you have younger children.

Cottage by the Sea

This two storey, two bedroom cottage is absolutely perfect for the budget-minded traveler. Located on the south (Beach) side of the road in peaceful Colliers, on the East End of Grand Cayman, it is literally steps away from a pristine, white powdery sand beach. It has views of the ocean from the large 2nd floor terrace and is nestled amongst lush, tropical plants, palm and coconut trees.

On the main floor, in addition to the kitchen & living room, is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor, accessible by a circular wrought iron staircase, has another queen-sized bed and a day-bed with 2 more single beds tucked under it.

In total, the cottage can hold 7 people. However, it is more suited to 2 parents and several children, or 2 sets of parents and 3 children. 7 adults would find it too crowded. The 2nd floor bathroom has just a bathtub and no shower.

Cottage by the Sea is fully equipped with all linens, crockery and cooking utensils. See the amenities tab for details. There are also laundry facilities just across from the cottage.
Guests of the cottage have access to the hot tub and may also use the 2 tandem kayaks

Blue Sea Hideaway

Step out of your hectic life and step into a tropical paradise: the Cayman Islands. Whether you are seeking sun, sand or water adventures, this location offers it all. Relax on our lounge chairs whilst reading a novel on our private beach. Unwind on our hammock whilst swaying in the ocean breeze. Paddle in the calm waters in one of our tandem kayaks.

Children and marine enthusiasts alike will love snorkelling off of the remains of our dock, destroyed by Hurricane Ivan. Fish congregate around the pillars, offering our guests incredible snorkeling just a few feet from the shore! The best part about this snorkelling site: you’ll be the only one there, which cannot be said of many other snorkelling locations in Cayman.

This 500 square foot studio apartment is located on the idyllic East End of Grand Cayman. Here, you will avoid the honking cars and traffic typically associated with the rest of the island, especially the increasingly congested Seven Mile Beach. The eastern side of the island is an uncovered treasure: peaceful, quiet, and quaint. In East End, you will truly feel isolated from the world.

The unit is also conveniently located on the ground level of the house, which is advantageous for guests with mobility concerns. You are literally steps away from the hot tub and our white, sandy beach.
Blue Sea Hideaway is perfect for couples who desire a little extra space and a full-sized kitchen to cook your meals. The kitchen has granite countertops, a blue backsplash and state-of-the-art appliances: ceramic cooktop, microwave/ convection oven, full-sized fridge and of course, a dishwasher. We also supply every small appliance you would require on a vacation, such as a toaster, coffee make, kettle and blender.

The spacious studio has a queen-sized poster bed. We have also added a single bed, so it will comfortably sleep 3 people in regular beds. There is also a pull-out sofa which is suitable for 1 or 2 children, , as it’s wider than a single, but not quite as wide as a double bed. 4 adults would find the studio too crowded.

The studio also has the option of adding on a 2nd bedroom, providing it is not booked by the guests in Snuggle Beach apartment. The 2nd bedroom is located between both units, with a hallway leading from each, so we can lock or unlock the door to attach this bedroom to either unit. There is an extra fee if you would like the additional bedroom and bathroom, please check with us first regarding availability.

Snuggle Beach Apt.

With all rooms overlooking the ocean, this spacious, private 1 bedroom apartment takes up the entire front half of a large, 3-storey Beach House.

There is a king-size bed, tropical themed decor and colourful original Caribbean artwork on the walls by local artist Nadine Brown. The large living room has a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and a recently renovated, fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, ceramic cooktop stove, dishwasher and microwave/ convection oven. See the Amenities tab for a full list of what’s included.

You have the option of adding another bedroom [called “Cozy Corner” on this website] and bathroom to this unit for a nominal fee (based on availability). If you need even more room, then the studio apartment [Blue Sea Hideaway] can also connect to this unit (again, based on availability). This is done through interior hallways, with locking doors on each end. In other words, the 2nd bedroom can go with either unit, depending on which door we unlock. There is an extra fee for adding another bedroom, and you would need to check on availability first before booking.

There is an 8 foot wide by 30 foot long patio with lounge chairs, and the piece de resistance is the large, built-in circular whirlpool tub by day and hot tub at night, on the patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

A few steps from the patio is a stunningly beautiful white, sandy beach, lush with vegetation and palm trees. Lounge chairs are located on the beach, along with a hammock. There is great snorkelling right around the pillars of former pier. We also have 2 tandem kayaks for our guest’s exclusive use.

Just a 10 minute walk down the road, you will find a grocery store, liquor store, large souvenir shoppe, a spa, two resorts and several restaurants. In addition, you can rent all the watersports you could imagine: windsurfing, boogie boards, masks, snorkels and scuba diving at the Morritt’s or Reef resorts.

You can be as secluded and relaxed as you want to be – or as active as you want to be. Or enjoy the best of both worlds with a stay at Snuggle Beach!

Cozy Corner

For 1 or 2 people, this is our most economical option. You get a comfortable queen-sized poster bed, washroom with large shower, and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. You can’t cook inside, but you can certainly use the Barbeque outside. It’s located in Colliers on the East End of the island.

Cozy Corner is just around the corner from a white sandy beach. You are also welcome to use our tandem kayaks as well as the hot tub. Or grab a good book and swing on our hammock while reading.

For the kiteboarding enthusiast, you are a 3 minute walk to “The Sweet Spot” where you can launch, although most of our guests do launch from our own beach. With the constant light breeze in the East End, conditions are ideal for kiteboarding or windsurfing.

Our scuba diving buddies also appreciate saving on accommodations so they can do more diving. We recommend Ocean Frontiers in the East End, or Sunset Divers in South Sound. Both are excellent operations.

A 10 minute walk takes you to a small strip mall with an Italian restaurant, liquor store, souvenir shop and small grocery store. Across the street from the mall are 2 resorts, the Morritt’s and the Reef Resort, both with restaurants and nightly entertainment.

Cozy Corner can also be added to either of 2 suites inside the Beach House, so do check with us on availability before you book. We usually don’t offer it for rent unless both of the other units are rented and do not require an extra bedroom.

Cayman Beach House

Located away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, this stunning oceanfront property offers you a tranquil location to relax and rejuvenate. East End is world-renowned for incredible snorkelling and scuba diving, untouched quiet beaches, and warm Island hospitality. There are several dining options nearby for a diverse culinary experience: Italian, Australian Fusion, Mexican, Seafood and local island cuisine.

The Beach House starts on the 2nd floor where the first thing you see is the awe-inspiring 3-storey atrium. On this floor, you will also find the spacious living room, dining area which seats 6, and a large kitchen with 3 bar stools at the island.

The Beach House features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house boasts 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor, and the other on the 3rd floor with a king-sized bed and ensuite as well as the washer & dryer. A second bedroom with twin beds and another bathroom are also on the 2nd floor. The 4th floor, accessible via a wooden spiral staircase, contains the loft with a daybed. Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the many picture windows or any one of the 3 wide terraces.

If you have a larger group and need more bedrooms – we can accommodate you! We can easily add one more bedroom and bathroom from the lower beach level. Still need more room? We can add a 2 bedroom apartment and/or a studio apartment. These are all completely separate lock-off units and are accessible to the Beach House via an interior staircase which leads to a short hallway – the units are off of this hallway. Otherwise, each unit is self-contained and with thick concrete walls and floors, there is no noise transfer. Refer to the amenities tab to see everything that is included.

We have hosted several weddings, family reunions, birthdays and anniversaries for large groups of people. We can even arrange for a chef or catering and a minister if you are coming to get married. Let us know how many people are expected and we can work out pricing and the various options for you.

Steps away from the house is a private beach equipped with several lounge chairs and a hammock for an added touch of luxury. The beach is lined with palm trees which provide some shade, if some guests prefer to stay out of the sun. The photo of the girl sitting on the beach was taken right on our beach! There are also 2 tandem kayaks, which guests are welcome to use.
In the pictures of the ocean, you may have noticed the remains of a dock which was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan. Here, the fish and marine life congregate around the pillars, providing great snorkeling right off your beach. On the deck you will find a hot tub; a relaxing way to end the day.
