Located away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, this stunning oceanfront property offers you a tranquil location to relax and rejuvenate. East End is world-renowned for incredible snorkelling and scuba diving, untouched quiet beaches, and warm Island hospitality. There are several dining options nearby for a diverse culinary experience: Italian, Australian Fusion, Mexican, Seafood and local island cuisine.

The Beach House starts on the 2nd floor where the first thing you see is the awe-inspiring 3-storey atrium. On this floor, you will also find the spacious living room, dining area which seats 6, and a large kitchen with 3 bar stools at the island.

The Beach House features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house boasts 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor, and the other on the 3rd floor with a king-sized bed and ensuite as well as the washer & dryer. A second bedroom with twin beds and another bathroom are also on the 2nd floor. The 4th floor, accessible via a wooden spiral staircase, contains the loft with a daybed. Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the many picture windows or any one of the 3 wide terraces.

If you have a larger group and need more bedrooms – we can accommodate you! We can easily add one more bedroom and bathroom from the lower beach level. Still need more room? We can add a 2 bedroom apartment and/or a studio apartment. These are all completely separate lock-off units and are accessible to the Beach House via an interior staircase which leads to a short hallway – the units are off of this hallway. Otherwise, each unit is self-contained and with thick concrete walls and floors, there is no noise transfer. Refer to the amenities tab to see everything that is included.

We have hosted several weddings, family reunions, birthdays and anniversaries for large groups of people. We can even arrange for a chef or catering and a minister if you are coming to get married. Let us know how many people are expected and we can work out pricing and the various options for you.

Steps away from the house is a private beach equipped with several lounge chairs and a hammock for an added touch of luxury. The beach is lined with palm trees which provide some shade, if some guests prefer to stay out of the sun. The photo of the girl sitting on the beach was taken right on our beach! There are also 2 tandem kayaks, which guests are welcome to use.
In the pictures of the ocean, you may have noticed the remains of a dock which was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan. Here, the fish and marine life congregate around the pillars, providing great snorkeling right off your beach. On the deck you will find a hot tub; a relaxing way to end the day.
